We offer 24hour service in all of our locations. As a monthly you will be able to call (anytime 24 hours a day) ahead of time for your vehicle so that it can be ready and waiting for you upon your arrival to the garage.
Our parking attendants are all hand picked and screened undergo one-on-one training. You can be assured that you will always receive top-notch service when parking with Enterprise Parking Systems. There are employees that have been with the company for 15 plus years, so you can be assured to see the same smiling faces when you enter our garages.

When is payment due?
Payment is due the 1st of every month. Late fees are applied after this date.
Can I enroll in an automatic payment plan?
Yes, all you need to do is fill out the credit authorization form found on the right hand side of this page and send it to the main office.

How can I apply for Manhattan Resident Parking Tax Exemption?
Applying for resident parking tax exemption will allow you to pay the 10.375% parking sales tax versus 18.375% ;-) We have conveniently added this form to our ‘monthlies’ page in order to simplify the process for you. Please see the right side of this page ‘Tax Exempt Form’ and follow the instructions provided on form. Once you receive your certificate in the mail please mail us a copy so that we can apply the appropriate tax rate.

How do I cancel my parking account?
In order to cancel your parking account you need to submit a termination form at least 15 days prior to the effective date that you wish to terminate. The termination form can be found on the right hand side of this page. You may also call the office and have some one fax or email a form to you. Please remember that with out submitting this form your account will remain active.
