How do I become a monthly customer?

For monthly parking, applications can be filled out at the specific location or can be requested through info@enterpriseparking.com. For more information on monthly parking rates and locations fill out a request for a parking quote here

When is my monthly payment due?

Payment is due the 1st of every month. Late fees are applied after this date.

Can I enroll in an automatic payment plan?

Yes. To sign up for a recurring payment plan simply click here. Please print, complete, and send the form to the main office.

What are the main office hours?

How can I apply for Manhattan Resident Parking Tax Exemption?

Applying for resident parking tax exemption will allow you to pay the 10.375% parking sales tax versus 18.375%. Please click here for the Manhattan Resident Parking Tax Exemption Form and follow the instructions provided on the form.

Once you receive your certificate in the mail please mail us a copy so that we can apply the appropriate tax rate. Please note the terms on your tax exemption form: all information must match the vehicle and driver information that is listed in our database. The facility’s license number and address must also be listed correctly in order for the certificate to be accepted.

How do I cancel my parking account?

In order to cancel your parking account you need to submit a termination form at least 15 days prior to the 1st of the month. The termination form can be found under the monthlies tab. Please remember that without submitting this form your account will remain active.

How can I avoid late fees?

In order to avoid incurring any late fees please ensure that your payment is received by or before the first of every month.
